¿SABIAS QUE? LAS CALLES DE FUENGIROLA TIENEN ARTE

 Durante los años ochenta se decoró con obras de arte toda  la ciudad de Fuengirola. Las rotondas, plazas o paredes de diversos edificios de la ciudad  fueron embellecidas con obras de artes de prestigiosos artistas nacionales. La iniciativa era mostrar arte  en las calles, llegar al común de la gente.

During the eighties the entire city of Fuengirola was decorated with works of art. The roundabouts, squares or walls of various buildings in the city were embellished with works of art by prestigious national artists. The initiative was to show art in the streets, to reach the common people

 Mural Eriana fue inaugurado en el año 1982, creado por el artista Manuel Barbadillo es un excelente ejemplar de abstracción geométrica de la segunda mitad del siglo XX en España. Se encuentra  en la fachada principal del edificio  Milán.

El autor de este mural "la noche y el dia" es el artista malagueño Enrique Brinkman un referente de la pintura andaluza, se puede apreciar  desde la antigua carretera nacional.

El artista creador de esta obra de arte es Pedro Escalona, artista local de reconocido prestigio internacional. El mural se llama Modulo 483.

Alfonso Fraile,  tuvo un destacado papel en la renovación de la pintura española durante el pasado siglo XX. El mural forma parte de la iniciativa que tuvo el Ayuntamiento de Fuengirola  en el casco urbano.
