EL ARTE Y EL AMOR

El amor siempre ha estado presente a través de la historia en las obras de artes.

En el día del amor,  vamos a hablar de una de las obras más hermosas que expresan este sentimiento. “El Beso” del artista austriaco Gustav Klimt  que comenzó a  pintarla desde el año 1898 a 1908. Fue una obra icono de la época de simbolismo

La pintura muestra a dos enamorados abrazados expresando la felicidad de estar juntos,  quizá en la época  más plena que es pubertad, envueltos en oro como dándoles intimidad. Las flores se pueden apreciar desde la cabeza hasta el suelo, representado un prado a modo de mosaicos bizantinos.

The painting shows two lovers embracing each other expressing the happiness of being together, perhaps in the fullest period of puberty, wrapped in gold as if giving them intimacy. The flowers can be seen from the head to the ground, representing a meadow by way of Byzantine mosaics.
