Niña

He suspirado de ilusión y alegría

al ver su sonrisa,

he percibido el amor e inocencia

en su mirada,

he sido transformada

al sentir su ternura,

he sonreído al escuchar

su voz melodiosa,

que declama un poema 

de paz y esperanza,

he estado ante

la presencia de ángel

entre humanos. 

Little girl

I sighed with hope and joy

seeing her smile,

I have perceived love and innocence

In his gaze,

I have been transformed

feeling his tenderness,

I smiled when I heard

her melodious voice,

that declaims a poem

of peace and hope,

I have been before

the presence of angel

among humans.
