Sus obras transmiten mucha fuerza. ¿En qué se inspira para crearlas?

En mi pintura, transmito emociones a través de la música y la Naturaleza. Mi trabajo es mi visión artística de este mundo. Para mí, representa nuestros sueños, hacia donde queremos llegar, el futuro, incluso nuestra existencia. Nuestras emociones están profundamente atadas a sonidos musicales, ligeramente conectados emocionalmente a la naturaleza. La música que transmite nuestro mundo, la naturaleza en sí, proviene de aspectos cruciales de nuestra evolución humana haciendo una conexión innata entre la naturaleza y el ser humano. Mi desarrollo artístico esta enfocado en la belleza de la naturaleza y la música porque ambos son uno solo y están interconectados. Me enfoco en la belleza y felicidad del color y eso me ayuda dentro de mi proceso creativo. He desarrollado mi carrera artística paralelamente con una exitosa carrera en Dirección Hotelera y negocios, lo que me hace más distinto artísticamente. He vivido en diferentes lugares a lo largo de mi vida como Londres, Frankfurt, Galicia, Cataluña, Almería, Huelva, Cádiz, Sevilla, Ibiza, y actualmente Málaga.

¿Cómo fueron sus comienzos en el arte?

Mis comienzos en arte siempre fueron una forma de escapar y relajarme de mi día a día. Era un hobby, un espacio de tiempo para mi donde poder relajarme y plasmar ideas, formas, nuevos colores etc. En un principio hacia mucho realismo con carboncillo y fui poco a poco evolucionando hacia otras técnicas y otras formas que me llenaban mas sin el mero hecho de plasmar algo de nuestra realidad o día a día.

¿Qué quiere provocar en el espectador?

Quiero provocar curiosidad por conocer que hay detrás las obras, que significan. Tampoco me considero ni quiero ser un artista como yo le llamo LINEAL donde siempre use las mismas técnicas o haga obras similares y muy identificativas del autor. Quiero salirme de todo eso……. donde cada día proyecte lo que se me venga a la cabeza y que en cada casa pueda haber dos obras muy diferentes entre sí mías ………….

¿Qué proyección tiene para lo que queda del año y el año que viene?

Mi proyección sigue siendo disfrutar con esto…..pasar un buen rato, a veces a solas, a veces con mis hijas y mi mujer compartiendo ideas y si con ello salen obras que lleguen a la gente y a algún rincón de sus casas, esa será el mayor de las recompensas. Debo decir que cada obra para mi es como un hijo. Me gustan todas y a cada una le veo detalles que me apasionan. Cada vez que me piden una obra o me encargan alguna…. con ellas se va un poco de mi para formar parte de ese lugar importante de la otra persona.

His works transmit a lot of strength. What inspires you to create them?

In my painting, I convey emotions through music and Nature. My work is my artistic vision of this world. For me, it represents our dreams, where we want to go, the future, even our existence. Our emotions are deeply tied to musical sounds, slightly emotionally connected to nature. The music that transmits our world, nature itself, comes from crucial aspects of our human evolution making an innate connection between nature and the human being. My artistic development is focused on the beauty of nature and music because they are both one and interconnected. I focus on the beauty and happiness of color and that helps me in my creative process. I have developed my artistic career in parallel with a successful career in Hotel Management and business, which makes me more distinct artistically. I have lived in different places throughout my life such as London, Frankfurt, Galicia, Catalonia, Almería, Huelva, Cádiz, Seville, Ibiza, and currently Malaga.

How were your beginnings in art?

My beginnings in art were always a way to escape and relax from my day to day. It was a hobby, a space of time for me where I could relax and capture ideas, shapes, new colors, etc. In the beginning I did a lot of realism with charcoal and little by little I evolved towards other techniques and other forms that filled me more without the mere fact of capturing something of our reality or day by day.

What do you want to provoke in the viewer?

I want to provoke curiosity to know what is behind the works, what they mean. Neither do I consider myself nor do I want to be an artist as I call him LINEAR where he always uses the same techniques or makes similar and very identifying works of the author. I want to get out of all that.... where every day I project what comes to mind and that in each house there can be two very different works of mine ………….

What projection do you have for the rest of the year and next year?

My projection continues to be to enjoy this…..have a good time, sometimes alone, sometimes with my daughters and my wife sharing ideas and if works come out of it that reach people and some corner of their homes, that will be the greatest of rewards. I must say that each work for me is like a son. I like each one and I see details that I am passionate about. Every time they ask me for a work or commission one…. with them a little of me leaves to be part of that important place of the other person.
